The role encompasses a broad range of finance duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billings, and Reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing and customer invoicing
- High-volume billing and accurate processing of client and service charges
- Proactive debtor management and collections
- Investigation and resolution of account queries
- Allocation and receipting of incoming payments
- Processing supplier invoices and Accounts Payable transactions
- Preparation of supplier payment runs
- Bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in an Accounts Officer,



Finance Officer or similar position
- Strong Accounts Receivable, billings and collections experience
- Exposure to Accounts Payable processing
- Solid reconciliation skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
