About the Role

This 3 month temporary role sits within a high-performing finance team. This high-growth business is looking for an Accounts Payable clerk who can work in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy the day-to-day function of an AP role.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice entry, coding, and approvals
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and company credit cards
- Assisting with month-end close
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies





The role will give you exposure to a business that is at the leading edge of its market and similarly has strong processes within the AP department. Ideally, you will have demonstrated Accounts Payable experience within an AP team, have intermediate Excel skills and experience using a large ERP system.

- Proven ability to process large volumes of transactions and invoices
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
