About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our team at Airforce Airconditioning in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts and payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations & debt collect.

- Handling the company's payroll, processing timesheets, PAY-G and superannuation, generating payslips & STP.

- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

- BAS preparation & lodgement

- Reporting to the Business Manager & Managing Director

What we're looking for

- 3 Years Experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll as a minimum

- Accounting or Bookkeeping qualifications desirable

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

- Proficient in the use of Xero or similar accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- We really value a can-do attitude and friendly approachable manner





- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
