We're looking for an Activations Executive with 1-2 years' experience to join our Sydney team and help deliver high-performing campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic.

The Opportunity

As an Activations Executive, you'll work alongside Activations Managers, client teams and platform partners to bring campaigns to life, optimise performance and turn data into meaningful insights.

This is the perfect role for someone who's built a solid foundation in media or digital marketing and is ready to deepen their technical expertise across leading platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and DV360.

What You'll Do

- Implement and optimise digital media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build reports, insights and recommendations
- Manage campaign administration,



budgets and reconciliations
- Work closely with clients, publishers and internal teams
- Develop expertise across Search, Social and Programmatic platforms

What You'll Bring

- 1-2 years' experience in media, digital marketing or campaign activation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- An analytical and curious mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for media, technology and continuous learning
