Altitude is seeking an Advanced Software Engineering Lead to join a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

In this senior, hands on role, you will lead complex client engagements spanning multiple clouds and technology stacks, from hybrid system migrations to modern AI infused platforms. You will guide executive teams on turning technology into measurable business outcomes, all within a collaborative culture that invests in your growth and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement high performance solutions across diverse technology stacks, including Python, Go, Java, and TypeScript
- Lead technical delivery, architectural reviews, and migration planning across Azure, AWS, GCP, Tencent, and hybrid environments
- Design, integrate, and operationalise complex technology solutions, including orchestration and accelerators
- Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously, rapidly understanding new business domains, assessing technical debt, and adapting strategies as client needs evolve
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to client executives and engineering teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

- Polyglot Software Engineering: Deep, hands on expertise in multiple programming languages and modern distributed architectures (Microservices,



Event Driven, Serverless)
- Multi-Cloud and Migration Proficiency: Advanced capabilities across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with proven experience auditing existing infrastructures, capacity profiling, and designing target state architectures for complex cloud migrations
- Modern DevOps and IaC: Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Bicep) and robust CI/CD pipeline automation
- Adaptability and Cognitive Flexibility: Thrives in ambiguous, high pressure environments, with an exceptional ability to context switch between disparate projects, client cultures, and technical constraints without losing momentum
- Executive Communication and Local Presence: Highly effective at presenting complex architectural findings and migration roadmaps to technical stakeholders and C level executives.
