At Place South Brisbane, we’re looking for a sharp, process-driven professional to provide exceptional administration support to multiple established agents and their teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous real estate administration experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a busy sales team running smoothly. You'll play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the sales team, from coordinating listing campaigns and preparing documentation to managing databases, marketing and client communication.

This is a varied role which includes key duties such as:

- Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity
- Preparing and processing documents including Form 6s and contracts
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management
- Manage listing campaigns
- Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings
- Providing qualified communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience

What you will bring to the table:

- Previous experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry is essential
- Strong administrative skills - you’re organised, efficient,



proactive and love a good to-do list
- You’re tech savvy! You can pick up new systems and technology quickly
- Social media experience & interest - you know your way around Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Helping create engaging online content to boost brand presence
- The ability to adapt and be flexible with the varied demands of the industry
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
