The Opportunity We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our administration team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with our patients and the TPC team, performing various administrative duties. We’re happy to be flexible for the right candidate to ensure the position also works for you.

You’ll bring a collaborative and team-first approach with a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. The role will involve working between our Prospect and Marryatville clinics.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Treat all clients with an understanding, friendly and “can-do” attitude to ensure everyone who walks into our clinics feels welcome and supported.
- Taking phone calls, responding to emails, receiving deliveries and packages, data entry and scanning, maintaining client records and helping to maintain clean and protected clinics.
- Process payments and billings (EFTPOS, HICAPS, NDIS/Third Party Billings), organise patient bookings and assist with diary management (Nookal Practice Management Software).





What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a supportive, fun team environment. As this role involves job sharing, building a positive relationship with your teammate is essential!

You’ll have a can-do attitude, show initiative, and be able to multitask, prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy building rapport with patients and providing a high-quality service.

You’ll have strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and full unrestricted Australian working rights. A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required, along with a Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and current CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain these).
