With our business growing we are looking for an apprentice baker.

Early morning start times are required for this position.

Start times will be between 3:00-4:00 AM.

All our products are made from scratch using authentic traditional methods. No premixes!!

As well as dough preparation , hand moulding , proving and baking techniques , problem solving you will have an prospect to learn a full range of pastry products.

Working days would be Tuesday to Saturday.

Immediate start available.
