Electrical Apprentice – KTA Electrical Services

Location: Welshpool WA

Are you looking to start a career in the electrical industry? KTA Electrical Services is seeking a motivated, reliable and safety-focused Electrical Apprentice to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed an Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship and is eager to develop their skills through hands-on experience working alongside qualified electricians across a variety of commercial electrical maintenance and installation projects.

About You To be considered for this position, you will have:

- Completed an Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship.

- A current manual driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).

- A valid White Card and Working at Heights certification.

- A current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and following procedures.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A willingness to undertake physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical industry.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

- Assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, maintenance and repairs.





- Carry out general electrical labouring duties and assist with site preparation and clean-up.

- Assist with installing, replacing and maintaining lighting, power outlets, switchboards and other electrical equipment.

- Help diagnose electrical faults under the supervision of qualified electricians.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and electrical safety requirements.

- Maintain tools, equipment and work vehicles in a clean and organised condition.

- Maintain a professional attitude when working with clients, contractors and other team members.
