The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the management of a premium commercial office portfolio.

Working closely with an experienced Property Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure to premium assets, tenant relationships, leasing and the day-to-day operations of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day management of premium commercial office assets.
- Manage tenant enquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors and building compliance.
- Assist with lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
- Monitor arrears, outgoings and lease obligations.




- Prepare property reports, budgets and financial documentation.
- Attend inspections, tenant meetings and portfolio reviews.

About You

- Experience in commercial property management or lease administration.
- Exposure to office assets highly regarded.
- Robust organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to progress your career.
