Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a detail‑driven Group Reservations Agent to coordinate and execute group bookings—from corporate conferences and weddings to tour groups and events. You will be the primary contact from inquiry to arrival, ensuring flawless guest experiences.

You will liaise with sales, front office and events teams, input data in reservation systems, monitor room allocations and rates, prepare group lists and reports, and handle last‑minute changes with professionalism.
