Cleaning & Sanitation Team Member (Full-Time - 38 hours per week)

True Foods is looking for a motivated and reliable workers to join our Cleaning & Sanitation team in Maryborough. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing site remains clean, safe, and audit-ready, meeting the highest HACCP, GMP and BRC food safety standards.

Hours of work:

- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift - 7am - 3:06pm

What you'll be doing

- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment, manufacturing areas and facilities
- Completing cleaning tasks in line with scheduled sanitation programs
- Following safety procedures and correctly handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Supporting food safety, quality and audit requirements across the site
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace for all team members

What we're looking for

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Reliability, self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- Experience in cleaning, sanitation, food manufacturing, production or industrial environments (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of chemical handling and cleaning processes is advantageous
