Adecco is seeking a Factory allrounder for a client in Tamworth.

This role is integral to the conversion of steel into building products as well as the picking, packing, loading and dispatching of these products.

The position involves scheduling transport and production to optimise efficiency and vehicle utilisation.

The Factory Allrounder is a versatile role and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, improving production quality, and ensuring timely delivery performance.

Responsibilities

- Schedule transport and production
- Operate materials handling equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure timely reportingAdhere to safety protocols and promote a secure working environment

Your Profile

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Technical expertiseProficiency in QA/Safety Systems
- Team player
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to pass a medical & D&A; test.
