Disability Support Worker – Weekdays daytime

Birchgrove and Paddington & Surrounds | Weekdays | Daytime Shifts 8am - 4pm

We are looking for people who are available for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm .

Depending on the client you support, your responsibilities may include:

- Personal care and mobility assistance
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Disability and complex care support
- Social support and companionship
- Community access
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain relationships and achieve their personal goals
- Following individual care plans and support strategies

What We're Looking For

- Experience in disability support, home care or community care
- A relevant qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Nursing or a related field
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
- Confidence supporting clients with a range of care needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Availability for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm
- Ability to travel to Birchgrove, Paddington and surrounding suburbs
- Reliability, professionalism and a caring attitude
