Business (Administration) Traineeship - South Brisbane

We're currently looking for a motivated Business (Administration) Trainee to join one of our valued host employers in Brisbane's southern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career, gain valuable hands-on experience, and complete a Certificate III in Business while earning a wage. Our host employer has a track record of providing a pathway for our trainees to progress into various roles within the company.

Prior experience in retail will be highly regarded.

In this role, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same. Your duties will include:

- Providing customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Processing customer payments.
- Data entry and filing.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.




- Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.

To be successful, you will have:

- Eligibility to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Have proven retail experience.
