This is a junior position, perfect if you’re starting out or after your first office role. You’ll be the first face and voice customers meet, and we’ll train you every step of the way.

- Greet customers and visitors, and answer calls in a friendly, qualified way
- Take messages, book jobs and help keep the schedule on track
- Support the office and field teams with admin and data entry
- Look after general front office tasks
- Get involved in marketing: help with social media posts, events, photos of our team and jobs, and share your ideas

About you

- A positive, confident communicator with a great phone manner
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software
- Organised, reliable and calm when things get busy
- A go-getter with plenty of initiative and a keen attitude to learn
- Interested in marketing, socials and photography (a good eye or personal projects are a bonus)
