Vito's in Sydney is seeking a Late Night Pizzaiolo to own the pizza section during service, ensuring dough, toppings, and baking meet our Recent York–Italian standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain flow, speed, and consistency during peak late-night hours, while keeping a clean, food-safe workstation and supporting stock control. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing, quality-driven venue with a strong team culture.
