As a Sales Stylist, you will guide clients through our collections, offer considered styling advice and develop lasting relationships through attentive service. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will also support the daily operation and presentation of the boutique.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and understanding their preferences, wardrobe needs and occasion.
- Developing product knowledge across fibres, fit, garment construction and Italian craftsmanship.
- Building client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, appointments and aftercare.
- Working towards individual and boutique sales targets, including units per transaction, average transaction value and conversion.
- Processing sales, payments, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintaining accurate client details and preferences, with their consent.
- Supporting stock deliveries, replenishment, stocktakes and careful garment handling.
- Maintaining boutique presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required.

About You

You are personable, attentive and enthusiastic about clothing. You enjoy helping people discover their own style and understand that excellent service requires listening, sound product knowledge and attention to detail.

We are looking for:

- Experience in fashion retail, premium retail or a comparable client-focused workplace.
- An interest in Italian craftsmanship, quality textiles and personal styling.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
- A thoughtful approach to selling, with the ability to recommend relevant pieces without pressuring clients.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets.
- Reliability, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Strong organisational skills and care when handling garments, stock and transactions.
- Confidence using retail point-of-sale systems and learning new processes.
- Availability to work across boutique trading hours, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
- The right to work in Australia.

Experience in clienteling, private shopping appointments will be highly regarded.
