About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced, motivated and professional Retail Security Officers to join our growing team across several client sites in Inner West Sydney.

Part-time and casual opportunities are available across the following locations: Homebush and Rhodes.

This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals who take pride in delivering strong customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing a high level of customer service and security presence
- Patrolling and monitoring assigned premises
- Responding to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations




- Assessing and managing risks as they arise
- Access control and visitor management
- Accurate incident reporting and record keeping
- Supporting site operations in line with client and company procedures

Rostered Hours

- Part-time and casual positions available
- Flexibility required to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends

About You

We are looking for reliable and professional candidates who can demonstrate:

- Current Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Including CPR)
- High standards of personal presentation
- Solid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
