Our friendly kitchen team, are hardworking and passionate individuals who help deliver a seasonal menu, as well as hand selected specials for our dinner and shows nights and within our bistro, to keep our regular patrons excited. In our fast paced environment, you will be able to give input into menu specials as well as learn new dishes and skills within our kitchen.

About the Role





- Casual position with regular hours available

- Split-shift work across lunch and dinner service

- Preparation and cooking across a varied menu

- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

- Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team

- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and kitchen standards

- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and progress within the business

Qualifications & experience

- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery high favourable but not essential.

- Previous commercial kitchen experience

- Able to work confidently in a busy environment

- Reliable, punctual and well organised

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Flexible availability, including split shifts, evenings and weekends

Tasks & responsibilities

- Food Preparation (poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables, dairy, fruits)

- Day & Night Meal Service

- General Cleaning
