About The Role

We're seeking a reliable,



customer-focused and highly organised Saturday Property Management Assistant who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Supporting our Property Management team, you'll play an important role conducting open for inspections every Saturday for properties managed by the office. On average, you'll manage 10-12 inspections each Saturday, following a structured schedule and ensuring a positive experience for prospective renters and clients alike.

This hands‑on role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your customer service and property management skills while building strong client rapport. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional and committed to delivering an outstanding experience at every inspection.

What You Will Bring

- Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate and a current explicit Police Check.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in property management or rentals will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and prospective renters.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and adhere to a structured schedule.
- A strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
- Experience using Inspection Real Estate (IRE) will be highly regarded.
- A reliable and professional approach, with a strong commitment to your responsibilities.
