Adecco is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service & Administration Officer for a casual prospect based in Beresfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration and order-processing experience who enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment.

Monday - Friday Role $38.88/HR

Responsibilities

Working as part of an established customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, with occasional face-to-face customer interaction

- Accurate data entry and order processing

- Processing purchase orders

- Coordinating stock allocation and deliveries

- Assisting with vendor management

- Completing administration and processing within SAP and CRM systems

- Providing support and coverage for other team members and key stakeholders
- Assisting customers with product choices and selections when required




- Maintaining high standards around site safety and environmental requirements

Your Profile

- Strong customer service and administration experience
- Previous experience with order processing and data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident phone, email and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence dealing with customers and discussing products or selections
- Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems would be highly regarded
- Exposure to colour, design, interiors, building products or customer selections would be advantageous but is not essential
