Crown Resorts’ Crown Sydney is launching a Culinary Apprentice Program to train you to become a professional cook while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll spend 4 days hands-on in our kitchens and 1 day at NSW TAFE, rotating through Epicurean, Nobu, tapas-style dining and luxury banquets.
Commence a 3-year Apprenticeship with Crown, join full time, rotating shifts including late evenings and early mornings, and gain exposure to diverse cuisines under leading chefs.
