DRACs HVAC & Electrical is seeking an organised, reliable and proactive Administration professional to join our team. This role provides a combination of office administration, accounts support and job coordination to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

This is a part-time opportunity during school hours (~0.7 FTE), making it ideal for someone seeking a role that supports work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

Managing incoming phone calls, shared inboxes and general enquiries from clients, suppliers and staff.

Processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders to jobs, raising purchase orders and following up outstanding documentation.

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, processing supplier payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB.

Creating and managing job tasks, preparing quotes, assisting with scheduling and issuing completed invoices to clients.

Coordinating employee accommodation and travel arrangements for jobs requiring work away from the local area.

Providing administrative support to directors and other operational requirements.

Maintaining accurate records and undertaking general office administration as required.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in office administration, accounts support or a similar role.





Experience with MYOB and job management software, preferably AroFlo.

An understanding of supplier invoices, purchase orders, invoicing and accounts receivable.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and internal team members.

Solid attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems, and a proactive, adaptable approach to supporting the wider business.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

A forklift licence is preferred.
