Kyabram District Health Service is seeking an Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the community. Working within the Aboriginal Health and Community Services teams, you will provide support, advocacy and navigation assistance to clients and families, helping them access culturally protected, coordinated healthcare services.

You will build strong relationships with local Aboriginal communities, contribute to health
