Synergie Australia is recruiting 10 experienced Call Centre Operators for a large public sector organisation based in Parramatta. This 100% onsite role offers a 35-hour week, 7 hours per day, with a rotating roster from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Comprehensive initial training and ongoing guidance are provided to support success. Candidates should have 2–3 years of customer service experience, solid written and verbal communication, and be comfortable using multiple systems including
