Newmarket Tavern in Flemington VIC is seeking an experienced, passionate and reliable Chef / Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. Prepare, cook and present high-quality contemporary Australian bistro meals and manage your section efficiently during service.

The role offers regular weekday shifts Tuesday to Friday with occasional weekend work, no split shifts, and opportunities for menu development. Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and strong knife skills are essential.
