/n Assistant Manager and Pharmacy Assistant Roles | Full-Time | Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy /n Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy is seeking to fill 2 positions and are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day success of our busy and vibrant store, and a Pharmacy Assistant to support the front of shop team. /n About the Roles:Assistant Manager/n This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding results. /n /n

- Partner with the Retail Manager to drive store success

/n

- Coach and support team members to achieve outstanding results

/n

- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example

/n

- Support stock, inventory and promotional activities

/n

- Assist with cash handling, reporting and administration

/n

- Maintain high standards of presentation and compliance

/n /n About You /n /n

- Proven retail or pharmacy leadership experience

/n

- Strong leadership, coaching and delegation skills

/n

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

/n

- Organised, reliable, and results-focused

/n

- Passionate about customer care and team success

/n /n Availability /n /n

- 38 hours per week

/n

- Availability across Monday to Sunday trading hours

/n

- Ability to work opening, closing, weekend and some public holiday shifts

/n /n Pharmacy Assistant – Retail/n This role is ideal for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys working in a busy retail environment and as part of a team. /n About the Role /n /n

- Provide exceptional customer service and support customers with their needs

/n

- Assist with stock replenishment,



inventory and promotional activities

/n

- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising

/n

- Assist with general retail and pharmacy operations

/n

- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy and retail team

/n /n About You /n /n

- Previous retail experience preferred

/n

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

/n

- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers

/n

- Reliable, organised and a strong team player

/n

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

/n

- Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential

/n /n Availability /n /n

- 38 hours per week

/n

- Monday to Friday
