The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

- Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
- Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
- Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
- Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
- Step up operationally and help deliver strong results across every shift

What We're Looking For

- Experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments
- Previous Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager experience is ideal,



but strong Department Managers are also encouraged to apply
- A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience
- Someone who takes pride in developing others and building robust teams
- A growth mindset and hunger to progress your career
