You will work closely with a team of marketing specialists, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered to a consistently high standard across digital, content, communications, events and brand.

Why you want this role

- Take a senior role in shaping and delivering marketing across both asset management and non-bank lending.
- Lead integrated campaigns supporting capital raising, investor engagement, broker and customer acquisition, and brand growth.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of audiences, including institutional, HNW, wholesale, intermediary, broker and consumer audiences.
- Build international experience through campaigns and collaboration with stakeholders across multiple markets and offices.
- Join a rapid-growing organisation where marketing has a direct and visible impact on business outcomes.
- Join a collaborative team with opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the Group's business, distribution, brand and growth objectives.
- Act as a senior marketing partner to stakeholders across asset management and lending, helping the team prioritise business needs and translate them into clear marketing initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end campaigns from strategy and briefing through to execution, optimisation, measurement and reporting.
- Lead marketing activity for the non-bank lending business, including product marketing, broker campaigns, customer campaigns, lead generation and acquisition.
- Oversee the development of high-quality financial services content across websites, email, social media, presentations, brochures, product collateral, videos and other client-facing materials.
- Monitor marketing and campaign performance and use data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, lead generation and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Drive greater use of marketing automation, CRM, AI and analytics to improve personalisation, campaign delivery and team efficiency.
- Oversee digital marketing activity, including websites, SEO, SEM, paid media, landing pages and conversion optimisation.
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand, ensuring messaging and visual identity are applied appropriately across different businesses, products and audiences.
- Support PR and communications, thought leadership, awards, sponsorships and broader brand-building initiatives.
- Oversee marketing delivery for investor events, broker events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars and corporate functions.

- Provide guidance and support to marketing team members and contribute to improving marketing processes, standards and ways of working.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry developments and audience trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
- Support leadership on broader Group marketing priorities as the business continues to grow.

About you
