Integro Private Wealth is a self-licensed advice business in a high-growth phase, expanding through acquisitions, referrals, and deep client relationships.
Role Description
We’re looking for an Associate who is driven to become an adviser and wants a genuine pathway to get there. You’ll work closely with our Private Wealth Advisers across the full advice process, from client meetings and data gathering through to strategy, implementation and ongoing review. You’ll be supported by structured Professional Year (PY) training through our Integro Associate Development Program, hands-on strategy training from experienced advisers, and a clear plan for growth in both role and pay.
Role responsibilities
- Support advisers in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions
- Gather and analyse client information across insurance, superannuation and investment structures
- Contribute to strategy development and modelling with advisers and paraplanners
- Prepare and review advice documents, including SOAs and ROAs
- Coordinate implementation of advice with clients, product providers and our client services team
- Prepare for and support annual reviews and ongoing client service
- Maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations
- Build your own client relationships as your skills and confidence grow
Qualifications
Must-haves
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a financial advice practice
- Working knowledge of insurance, superannuation and investment structures
- Completed or near completion of an approved financial planning degree
- Robust attention to detail and written communication
- A genuine ambition to become a financial adviser
Nice-to-haves
- Commenced or ready to commence your Professional Year
- Experience with Xplan or similar advice software
- Exposure to SMSFs, trusts or managed account (SMA) portfolios
