The RoleThis position will see the successful candidate working across a broad range of real estate matters, acting for clients on property transactions and providing strategic legal advice on a variety of property related issues.

- Managing a diverse caseload of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
- Providing accurate and commercially focused legal advice on property related matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation
- Assisting clients through all stages of property transactions
- Representing clients during negotiations and dispute resolution processes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues across the broader practice to deliver exceptional client outcomes





The CandidateThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and client focused property lawyer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering high quality legal services.To be successful, candidates will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years post admission experience in Real Estate or Property Law
- Proven experience managing property transactions from inception to completion
- Strong drafting and document review skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- The ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to client service
- Admission as a solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate
