We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of web applications.
- Develop and execute mobile automation scripts for Android and iOS applications.
- Work with mobile automation tools such as Appium.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Identify, report, track, and retest defects using defect management tools such as Jira.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide detailed test reports.
- Collaborate with developers,



business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust programming knowledge in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
- Practical experience in mobile application testing on Android and/or iOS.
- Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
- Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Understanding of automation framework design, including Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience with Maven or Gradle for build management.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Exposure to cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
