THE ROLE

We've had a year of exponential growth and need more great people. As a Novated Lease Consultant you'll be the link between employee, employer and financier, taking customers from first enquiry to driving away in their new car and making a three-way agreement feel simple.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage novated lease leads from enquiry to settled deal
- Explain the potential tax savings and benefits of a novated lease (general information, not financial advice)
- Guide customers on vehicle choice, including through our dealer network
- Prepare lease quotes and impact statements, and process finance applications
- Follow up expiring leases and outstanding quotes
- Keep across new models, releases and current offers





WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in novated leasing, car sales or a related industry
- A genuinely customer-focused approach
- Robust attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and comfort picking up new systems
