SG Fleet is seeking a friendly, qualified Customer Experience Advisor to join our Sydney inbound call centre. You will be the first point of contact for prospective sales enquiries and customers who have placed orders, guiding them to the appropriate SG Fleet units with a helpful, high‑service approach.

You will qualify inquiries, record detailed notes, and support the Novated sales and Operations teams to maintain data integrity and achieve targets.
