Reach Telecom is looking for a motivated, personable sales representative to help connect customers with the right telecommunications solutions. If you enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

This part time role involves engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable telecom products and services. You’ll help manage the sales process from first contact through to follow-up, while representing Reach Telecom professionally.

What you’ll do





- Identify and follow up on sales opportunities
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotes, proposals and sales information
- Keep customer and sales records up to date
- Work with the team to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, customer-focused approach
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Good organisation and follow-through
- Sales or customer service experience; telecommunications experience is an advantage
