Key responsibilities
Acknowledge and recognise the importance of all guest patronage
Consider yourself a Food & Beverage Salesperson
Show consideration to all guests whilst being mindful of their individual circumstances and requirements
Follow the sequence of service or order of proceedings
Commit to setting and achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction
Commit to upholding the highest ethical and skilled standards
Supply Food & Beverage orders prior to the ordered time
Present facilities in the best way possible at all times,
whilst committing to the highest standards of personal presentation so that you appear professional, attentive and confident
Take responsibility and always act with a sense of urgency, providing prompt communication of guests requests to your Supervisor
Review sequence of service for adjustments using initiative during downtimes
