Our Practice is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting our doctors and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

- Providing nursing care and assistance to patients, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing basic medical procedures
- Conducting health assessments, screenings, and immunisations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assisting with the coordination and organisation of patient appointments and follow-up care
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations within the practice

What we're looking for

- A registered nurse with a valid practising certificate
- Experience in a general practice or community healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the medical team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
