y shine. As a Florist, you will be at the heart of creating beautiful floral arrangements that bring joy to our customers and make special occasions unforgettable. This role offers flexibility and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive, creative setting.

What you'll be doing

Design and create bespoke floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, corporate events, celebrations and sympathy tributes

Select and prepare fresh flowers, foliage and complementary materials to ensure quality and longevity of arrangements

Consult with customers to understand their vision, preferences and budget requirements

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the workspace and storage areas

Process customer orders and manage delivery schedules efficiently

Managing the day to day operations of the shop by creating bouquets, bunches and floral arrangements.

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Florist, ideally with a portfolio of previous work demonstrating your design skills

knowledge of flower varieties, their characteristics,



care requirements and seasonal availability

Proficiency in a range of floral design techniques and styles.

Excellent eye for colour, proportion, texture and overall aesthetic appeal

Ability to work with precision and attention to detail whilst maintaining efficiency

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs

Physical capability to handle flowers and materials.

A genuine passion for floristry and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Desirable but not required: Florist qualification or formal training in floristry.
