Australian Training Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join a friendly team in Summer Hill .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone looking to kick-start a new career while gaining valuable workplace experience and completing a Certificate III in Business .

You will develop practical skills in customer service, administration and office operations while working alongside an experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Be the first point of contact for visitors and customers
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member or resolve on your own
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with general administration, data entry and filing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and learn internal computer system
- Help maintain a tidy and professional work workplace
- Work both independently and as part of a team

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Previous administration or retail experienceA Genuine interest in developing a career in business or administration
