Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, offering a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to every guest
- Check guests in and out efficiently, following hotel procedures, and process guest transactions and accounts accurately
- Book, update and amend reservations accurately and on time, with full knowledge of current room rates and packages
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests
- Action guest special requests and messages promptly,



and pass on guest feedback and complaints to management
- Follow all hotel policies, cashiering procedures and WH&S; guidelines, and complete assigned opening and closing duties

What You'll Bring
