Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Night Duty Care Worker to provide compassionate dementia care in a high-care community in North Parramatta. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care and a focus on dignity and comfort during night shifts.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and demonstrated dementia care experience, with robust communication and teamwork to maintain high standards of care and safety.
