About the role

Clark Rubber Campbelltown is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the retail and consumer products sector, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store. Based in Campbelltown NSW, this role offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a dynamic retail environment where your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and sales performance.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance as they browse our product range
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Recommending products based on customer needs and providing expert product information
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised and visually appealing store workplace
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessibly
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving and checking deliveries
- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring displays comply with company standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts as required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services




- Basic numeracy skills and comfort using electronic point-of-sale systems
- Physical capability to lift, carry and handle products of varying sizes and weights
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and contributing to team success
