You will support daily F&B; operations, assist with room service and liquor service, maintain high presentation and grooming standards, and work a 7‑day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

RSA certification and Victorian Food Handlers Certificate are preferred; on‑the‑job training and opportunities to develop
