Job Description

We're after a hands-on Labourer/Operator to join our crew currently working near Gladstone. If you're keen to get into it on a busy civil site, know your way around plant, and can turn your hand to a roller, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Spotting for plant and equipment




- Installing and maintaining environmental controls
- Pegging, geofabric and concrete mat installation
- Operating rollers and other machinery as required
- Working alongside graders and water carts, laying material

Ideal Candidates Will Hold

- A genuine commitment to safety and valuable physical fitness
- A team player who pulls their weight
- Previous civil or earthmoving experience preferred
- Roller experience and ticket - huge advantage
- Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical
