St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is hiring an Administration Officer (Coding) on a permanent part time basis (27 hours per week). The role focuses on maintaining patient records and supporting clinicians with timely access while upholding privacy and confidentiality.

Ideally, candidates have experience in medical records/health information services and excellent attention to detail, with strong computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
