Job Title: Tourism Graduate – Travel Operations Consultant

Life’s An Adventure, a leading provider of guided walking and swimming holidays across Australia and worldwide, is looking for a Tourism Graduate who is ready to start their career in the travel industry. This is an entry-level role based in our Narrabeen Head Office, where you will learn all aspects of travel operations and tour coordination.

This role would suit a recent graduate who is organised, enthusiastic, and looking for a long-term career in the travel and tourism industry.

What We’re Looking For:

- Highly Organised You are organised, reliable, and have strong attention to detail.
- Willing to Learn You don’t need experience in travel operations, but you must be eager to learn and take direction.
- Good Problem Solver You can think logically, stay calm, and help solve problems when things don’t go to plan.
- Able to Multi-Task You will be working on multiple tours at once, so you need to be able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
- Positive Attitude You are proactive, helpful, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication and Computer Skills You have excellent spoken and written English, with clear communication skills,



fast and accurate typing abilities and confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.
- University or Tourism Graduate You have recently completed a degree in Tourism, Events, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field and are you are passionate about a your career in tourism.

Your Role:

You will work within our operations team, helping organise and coordinate our walking tours across Australia and overseas. This includes booking accommodation, restaurants, transport, and experiences such as cruises and helicopter flights, preparing tour documentation, and assisting guides and suppliers.

You will be trained in all aspects of tour operations and will gain valuable experience across many areas of the travel industry.
