We’re a musical instrument retailer, and our warehouse is where the music starts. One minute you’re sending a box of guitar strings to one of our stores, the next you’re carefully manoeuvring a grand piano on the forklift. No two days are the same, and you’ll never be bored.

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Support to join our small, friendly team at our Blackburn warehouse. The role starts has real potential to go full time for the right person, plus room to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receiving incoming stock and unloading shipping containers, never quite knowing what’s inside until the doors open
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Preparing internal stock transfers to keep our stores stocked and sounding great
- Collecting stock from our suppliers
- Delivering to customers’ homes in company vehicles, from a single amp to an upright or grand piano,

- Operating the forklift, loading, unloading and general stock handling
- Working alongside a team that genuinely has each other’s backs

What You’ll Need

- Proven warehouse experience in a fast-paced workplace
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling and heavy lifting (pianos don’t carry themselves)

Who You Are

- Neat and organised, you like a tidy warehouse and know where everything lives
- Punctual and reliable, the team can count on you
- A can-do attitude, you see a tricky delivery as a puzzle, not a problem
- Careful and professional in customers’ homes
- A team player who enjoys a laugh while getting the job done
- Delivery experience is highly regarded. Musical? A bonus, but definitely not required
