CUSTOMER CARE AND SALES ADVISOR - TYRES AND MECHANICAL

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that sets the tone for their entire experience. You'll help match customers with the right products and services, ensure smooth scheduling, and keep the workshop running efficiently. Your role will directly influence customer satisfaction, repeat business, and the reputation we've worked hard to build.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage bookings for mechanical repairs, servicing, and tyre fittings using our scheduling system.
- Provide accurate quotes and product recommendations for tyres, wheels, and mechanical services.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise between customers and mechanics to ensure clear communication on job progress.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and welcoming.
- Assist with stock enquiries and basic inventory checks for tyres and parts.

About you

- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Experience in sales,



reception, or a similar customer-facing role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Ability to explain technical information in straightforward, clear terms.
- Confidence using point-of-sale and booking systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Work in a friendly, supportive team that values honesty and hard work.
- Ongoing training in automotive products and services.
