As a Baker, you will be responsible for:

- Confident in all areas of production
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff such as Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assist Production Manager with stock control and production schedules
- Providing delightful customer service when required

Skills and Experience

- At least two years’ experience as a baker in a fast-paced environment;
- Certificate IV in Retail Baking (or equivalent or higher trade qualifications)
- Have a passion for baking
- Be a morning person! Some shifts commence early in the morning
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate strong relationships in a team-based environment.

We are offering a market-competitive salary package for full time position 70k- 85k super.
